AEA Miami’s Culinary Demonstration and Wine Tasting Event

The Miami Chapter of Asociacion Emergencia Ayacucho (AEA) presented a live cooking and sampling demonstration with Dr. Limon’s Chef Carlos Brescia as he prepared his unique style of Peruvian fusion quinoa dishes on April 7. Guests also sampled other Peruvian small bites and desserts. Wine tasting provided by AD Global Corp.
AEA is a non-profit organization benefitting orphan and abandoned children in Ayacucho, Peru. The organization was established in 1985 thanks to an initial contribution by his Holiness Pope John Paul II who declared a state of emergency in Ayacucho when he saw the devastating effects of terrorism in the area leaving behind many orphan children.
