On Friday, Aug. 16, the Chefs Up Front celebrated their annual fundraiser as it was an intimate dining experience where South Florida’s most sought-after chefs prepare an elaborate table-side meal for guests. All of the evening’s proceeds and auction assisted Flipany with the necessary funds to support the Florida Cooking Matters programs and continue to fulfill the role as lead Florida partner of Share of Strength (No Kid Hungry Campaign). Participated chefs included: Chef David Hackett, The Biltmore Hotel; Chef Jamal Rodriguez, The Biltmore Hotel; Chef Nasajon, Beaker & Gray; Chef Aaron Dreilinger, Chef David Cuisine and Event Design; Chef Adrianne Calvo, Chef Adrianne’s Vineyard Restaurant and Wine Bar; Chef Josh Gripper, The Restaurant at W South Beach; Chef Jean Delgado, Toro Toro; Chef Chris Valdes, Cooking with Chris; Chef Joe Mizzoni, Ad Lib Coral Gables; Chef Dustin Ward, Shelbourne at South Beach.
