Fairchild’s 16th Annual Mango Brunch was atasty tribute to the most delicious of tropical fruits and is held in conjunction with the 22nd Annual International Mango Festival. The 2015 Mango Brunch Chefs were Chef Kareem Anguin, Oceanaire; Jimmy Carey, Jimmy’z Kitchen; Mike Fischetti, Ortanique on the Mile; Chefs Frank and Andrea Randazzo, Creative Tastes Catering; Chef Allen Susser, The Cafe at Books & Books and Kris Wessel, Oolite Restaurant and Bar.
